Phishing Email Update
On Thursday 2 July 2026, a phishing email was distributed from our reception email account. This was not a legitimate communication from Cavendish Road Clinic. If you still have this email, please do not click any links or open any attachments contained within it. We recommend deleting the email immediately.
Our external IT security provider has completed a comprehensive review of the incident and confirmed that no patient medical records or clinical information held by Cavendish Road Clinic were accessed.
If you clicked a link contained in the phishing email, we have made available an information sheet prepared by our external IT security provider outlining recommended next steps:
